Bring the expressive character of Rodin's Heroic Head of Pierre de Wissant to a library, study, or art collection. The tilted head, furrowed brow, and textured surface give this portrait a thoughtful presence on a desk, bookshelf, or display cabinet.
Based on the 1886 sculpture in the Cleveland Museum of Art, accession 1917.722. Pierre de Wissant is one of the figures represented in Rodin's Burghers of Calais. This rendition preserves the head and extended neck of the museum work.
Made to order by TheBustVault and crafted from PLA. Choose a height of 5, 9, or 12 inches and an Ivory White, Marble Stone, or Charcoal Black finish.
A considered gift for an art collector, husband, or father who appreciates expressive sculpture and a well furnished study.
