Return and Refund Policy

All items from The Bust Vault are made to order. Because each piece is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, color preference changes, or accidental orders.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery through the Contact page. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If the issue is approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Orders cannot usually be changed or canceled once production has started. If you need to request a change, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
